GS1 Print
The GS1 logistics label allows users to uniquely and unambiguously identify logistics units for traceability in the supply chain
GS1 Bulgaria member companies that need logistics labels for their activities can use the web application for generating logistics labels – GS1 Print, developed by GS1 Austria. GS1 Print is a solution for easy and correct generation of labels, especially suitable for small companies.
The GS1 Print application is fully compliant with GS1 standards and good practice recommendations, and provides the necessary quality and technical parameters of logistics labels.
With GS1 Print you can create labels for different types of logistics units:
- Containing fixed weight products;
- Containing products with variable weight;
- Mixed content;
Information that can be encoded:
*When selecting the A4 label format from the basic settings, you will be able to add the order number or the gross weight of the logistics unit.
GS1 Print works without connection to internal company databases. Some of the app’s functionalities include:
Possibility to add company logo on the label;
Printing of labels in A4, A5 and A6 format;
Manage SSCC numbers in use (no duplicates);
Printing is not tied to a specific type and brand of printers;
Backing up the created labels;
To access the app, you need to have a GS1 company prefix and register here. The application has been translated into Bulgarian, to change the language you need to select the drop-down menu located at the bottom of the page. A detailed user guide can be found here.
