49 GS1 National Organizations in countries on the European continent collaborate to support businesses in implementing GS1 standards in their daily operations, which provides companies with interoperability with the systems of their trading partners around the world, saves them costs and time, and gives them an opportunity to focus on the development of their business, not on its organization.
Three times a year, the executive directors of these national organizations meet and, within the framework of two-day meetings, report the results of the work and progress on various projects, as well as discuss the activity in the individual strategic directions.
On December 14 and 15, 2022, the next regular meeting of the executive directors of GS1 organizations in Europe will be held in Bucharest. Along with the preliminary report for the current year, the plan and budget for 2022 will also be considered.
